Alleged U.K. hacker wins appeal against expulsion

A British alleged computer hacker has won his appeal against extradition to the US. Love's lawyers argued that because he has Asperger's syndrome and a depressive illness, it would be "unjust and oppressive" to send him to the U.S. to face trial. (Feb. 5)
