ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkish warplanes resumed strikes on Kurdish YPG militia targets in Syria's Afrin region on Friday after a five-day lull that followed the shooting down of Russian warplane elsewhere in Syria, the Hurriyet newspaper and other media reported.
