In this Rihanna video for her song, "Rehab," it's all about the sexy. Angry sexy. In the video, Rihanna is a lady who lives in a trailer and can't afford pants. Justin is presumably her lover and/or wayward Hell's Angels member, who enjoys taking outdoor showers (because they can't afford indoor plumbing).
