CBS News’ Charlie Kaye reports that the Supreme Court will not halt the execution of Marvin Wilson, a mentally ill man scheduled to be executed at 6pm Texas time (7pm ET) tonight. The Court’s inaction comes despite the fact that executing the mentally retarded is unconstitutional.
