Besides maybe the dancing baby Groot, Rocket Raccoon may have been the best nonhuman character in Marvel's 2014 "Guardians of the Galaxy" film. So it stands to reason that in the cartoon adaptation - coming to Disney XD on Sept. 26 - the creature continues to be a huge part of the action.
