Microsoft has made available for download a first beta of a new version of its Forefront Endpoint Protection 2012 security client, as of May 15.
Microsoft said today it has released Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 to manufacturers. The paid security software for enterprise systems will be available on Microsoft's volume-licensing service center Jan. 1, the company said in a blog post. Microsoft said IT managers should be able to easily deploy FEP using System Center Configuration Manager 2007. (Via ZDNet)
