Friday Cable Ratings: New Day More Than Doubles Morning Joe in Demo

With 119K in the 25-54 demo Friday morning, CNN's New Day more than doubled the ratings of MSNBC's Morning Joe, which averaged just 57K viewers. Fox News' Fox & Friends was #1 with 203K in the demo.

MSNBC's PoliticsNation with Al Sharpton was the lowest-rated show across the big three cable news networks Friday afternoon, averaging just 59K viewers in the 25-54 demo. During the 6 p.m. time slot, CNN's The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer more than tripled that rating with 190K and Fox News' Special Report with Bret Baier had close to seven times as many viewers with 410K.
