A Montgomery County educator has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor, police said. Robert Otis Wilson, 23, of the 14000 block of Grand Pre Avenue in Silver Spring was arrested and charged Thursday for allegedly engaging in abuse of a girl who was a student at Loiederman Middle School in Silver Spring.
