Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 + 2 was announced for Switch in NA/EU yesterday, but today we have the confirmation of a Japanese release. The game will see a retail release alongside digital, and is set to come out May 24th, 2018. The game will be ¥5,389 at retail, while both digital versions cost ¥2,980.
Mega Man fans were likely excited to hear that the next chapter in the venerable video game franchise, Mega Man 11, is slated for a release sometime this year. While the Nintendo Switch eShop is still a no-show a full year into the console's life cycle, at least fans will soon be able to get in some classic Mega Man action via a pair of Legacy Collections.
